Budo Passports

1. Notification in writing by the chief club instructor/club president requesting the issuance of the Budo passport together with the name of the student.
2. Receipt of the member’s MTF membership form (can be downloaded from the MTF website).
3. Settlement of the member’s MTF membership fee for the current year.
4. Reissue of Budo Passport with return of the original one - €25
5. Reissue of Budo Passport with no return of the original one - €30

Grading certificates

1. As per the criteria set in Article5A: Grading Examinations in the MTF statute.
2. Upon notification in writing by the chief club instructor/club president requesting the issuance of the grading certificates including date of grading and listing the students’ names and respective rank.
3. The chief instructor/club president must ensure that students have settled the annual MTF membership fee.
4. Upon receipt of the grading fees.
5. Reissue of local Certificate with return of the original one - €20
6. Reissue of local Certificate with no return of the original one - €25
